On behalf of Karachi Grammar School I would like to express our interest in touring your school with our school cricket team in the near future. Karachi Grammar school is a highly esteemed educational institution and boasts the honour of being is the oldest private school in Pakistan and the second oldest in the Indian Subcontinent. To go along we have a rich history of cricket tours with numerous international trips to the UK, Sri Lanka and India in the past. Last year we toured Aitchison College in Lahore which due to prior security reasons was our first tour in a decade. We would like to continue the tradition by visiting your school for a series of cricket matches. Due to our busy sporting schedule which consists of our annual athletics sports day which starts in early January till middle of February and the inter school Karachi United Football Championship which also starts early January we would like you to consider our request soon. We would require living accommodation for our team of 16 members in which not all might be able to make it plus our two coaches. Due to the reputation of our school we constitute of individuals who would require some security which I’m sure would be available on your premises. Our trip would be of utmost of 5 days to a week and we also would require food and obviously an adequate cricket ground. You can reply on this email address with any questions you might have.
